As a critical member of the Client Service team, youâll collaborate closely with lead advisors to ensure clients and prospective clients receive the highest quality service and client experience. This role is client-facing and involves direct engagement with Family Office and Multi-Family Office clients, including attending select client meetings, practicing sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making while being privy to highly confidential household and financial information. You will be expected to analyze complex situations, make recommendations, and determine appropriate courses of action that advance our clientsâ goals.
