Orgel Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Associate who can provide exemplary customer service to our clients by anticipating their needs, being responsive to questions about their accounts, and assisting with routine account maintenance. The Client Service Associate often serves as the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with routine transactions and maintaining their accounts. Orgel Wealth Management Client Service Associates are liaisons between clients and Relationship Managers, who provide clients with account information, research client questions, prepare correspondence, and review and maintain appropriate records. Successful candidates will work well under strict deadlines and provide exceptional customer service. At Orgel Wealth Management, the Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience. The CSA serves as a key point of contact for clients and supports advisors by ensuring that all operational and service-related tasks are executed with precision, urgency, and care.
