The insurance Program our clients enjoy was built on ease-of-use, accommodating all occupancy phases of investment property (vacant, rental or undergoing renovation). We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Client Service Advisor to join the team. Requirements

  • High School diploma required, 4-year College degree preferred.
  • Two or more years in a Client Service position.
  • Above average skills in email and phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General knowledge of Accounting, Real Estate Investing/Transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Property and Casualty License preferred.
  • Specialized training in Insurance Continuing Education.
  • Industry specific affiliations are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients via phone and email in a professional, yet friendly manner.
  • Add new properties to existing accounts.
  • Delete properties to existing accounts.
  • Maintains client records by updating or changing account information.
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Resolves billing issues by working with Billing and Collections to correct account as necessary.
  • Onboarding new clients.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
