About The Position

We are seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our Team in Minneapolis, MN.  This position is part of our customer service function that focuses on handling customer inquiries for our tenants and property owners.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to self-manage and problem solve with little or no direction.
  • Ability to communicate well and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Exert a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • Successfully use negotiation skills and easily diffuse difficult situations.
  • Demonstrate Honesty, Trustworthiness & Accountability.
  • High School Diploma, GED, and 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, administrative role or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound client calls to assist and resolve any concerns, using high-performing customer service skills while meeting and maintaining expected KPI's
  • Case (ticket) management and processing to resolve client concerns
  • Perform incoming online chats to assist and resolve client concerns
  • Provide detailed communication and documentation of interactions with clients and employees within Renters Warehouse's CRM
  • Enforce all lease terms and issue lease violations as needed
  • Enforce utility bill payment requirements as outlined in the lease
  • Assist with HOA Rules and Regulations compliance
  • Work in collaboration with all company departments and employees to maintain an excellent customer experience
