About The Position

The Institutional Custody team at UMB provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients, filling a need for comprehensive offerings alongside Trust, Fund Services, and other groups. The Client Service Administrator supports all large institutional custody clients, serving as the primary contact and the backbone of the team. This role involves understanding client needs, driving client strategies, and can expand to handle more complex tasks, assist management, and train others. The Institutional Custody Administration team is described as fun, challenging, fast-paced, and collaborative, emphasizing teamwork and shared knowledge to meet deadlines. The team fosters a welcoming and positive environment where teammates support each other's growth.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year prior experience working in Financial Services (or equivalent experience) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Field client inquiries and serve as the primary contact for assigned custody clients to process requests and provide the highest level of customer service.
Use Excel for tracking and reporting purposes and utilize Custody processing systems to enter wire transactions, trades, and other money movements.
Partner with internal teams to drive client strategies and ensure client requests are satisfied.
