About The Position

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services partners with entrepreneurs and growing organizations to streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management solutions. Our focus on reliability, efficiency, and scalable growth allows our clients to operate at a higher level. We are currently seeking client sales & solutions advisors to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with prospective clients and recommend service solutions that support long-term success. In this role: Engage potential clients through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business goals Present Virtualite’s service offerings and recommend tailored solutions Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow-ups in CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, client advising, or business development roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to explain solutions clearly
  • Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
