You will be working with a leading global convenience channel retailer, analyzing and delivering insights with a focus on loyalty, point-of-sale (POS) data and external channel data. You will dig into data, organize it, identify opportunities and provide recommendations based on the short- and long-term needs of the client. Location: This position is hybrid located in Irving, Texas. You will be required to work onsite 3-4 days a week in our Irving Texas office. Remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates who are not currently living in Irving, Texas area.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of analytical experience – Retail knowledge/experience preferred. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency in working with syndicated data solutions (loyalty, point-of-sale/POS, consumer panel data, etc.) such as Circana preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
  • High level of initiative and collaboration required
  • Solid project management, time management, critical thinking and process skills
  • Capability to engage with clients in a consultative manner while solving and managing content deliverables.
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful insights and presentations
  • Intermediate experience with basic business applications Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Drive value for the client by analyzing data, trends and providing meaningful insights
  • Become subject-matter-expert in assigned areas or contracted solutions
  • Interact and collaborate day-to-day with internal and client teams
  • Facilitate issue resolution for deliverables in area(s) of responsibility
  • Train client as needed on Circana platform & tools
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing
  • Utilize creativity and client knowledge in identifying new techniques and processes
