The Client Review Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a diverse remote team and overseeing departmental operations related to Disability Profile Assessments, call activity, and Veteran communication. This position drives results, develops employees, and constantly improves processes to ensure accurate documentation, efficient throughput, and a high quality Veteran experience. The Client Review Manager collaborates closely with the Director of DBQ Operations to execute company policy and develop department procedures aligned with company goals. This role requires proactive collaboration across Sales, Navigation, Generation, Quality Control, and Final Review to maintain workflow progression and service quality. Tracking and evaluating department data weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually are integral aspects of this role.
