About The Position
A Client Retention Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by strategically managing and improving client retention efforts and operational efficiency within the Department of Medicine (DOM). This involves cultivating strong partnerships across internal departments and healthcare centers to guarantee seamless patient experiences. The Client Retention Coordinator ensures exceptional patient care, promotes patient engagement, and upholds AHF's commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Client Retention Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to establish and maintain working relationships with multipleinternal AHF departments and providers/staff at each healthcare center to facilitate the exchange of important patient relations information. They will collaborate with other members of the client retention team in addition to other leaders withing the Department of Medicine. The Client Retention Coordinator will contribute directly to all operations and client retention-related initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee all direct patient contact channels to ensure timely responses to patient inquiries and that patients receive excellent patient experience when reaching out to AHF. Other duties include contributing to specific retention and operational projects such as AHF’s annual client satisfaction survey, DOM medical records process, patient communication and health campaigns, phone performance, patient phone adherence program, client advisory committee meeting, and more.
