The Retention Coordinator is responsible for supporting organization-wide efforts to strengthen employee engagement, reduce turnover, and enhance the overall employee experience. This role supports and assists with gathering and analyzing retention data, as well as developing and implementing retention strategies, employee recognition, and onboarding initiatives. The Retention Coordinator partners closely with Recruitment, Performance Talent, and Leadership within HR, in addition to departmental and organizational teams to promote a positive, engaging, and supportive work environment.
