About The Position

Artisan Partners is seeking an experienced Client Reporting Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of client reporting materials that support ongoing client relationships and consultant servicing needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment and understands the precision required within an institutionally focused investment management firm. This position partners closely with Sales/Client Service, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Investment teams to ensure data integrity, message consistency, and regulatory compliance across all client-facing reporting materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in the investment management industry or financial services (client reporting experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data reporting skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and document review experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships with Sales, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and Operations
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a desire to improve processes and add value beyond core responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Own the production, review, and distribution of recurring client reports and related collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Respond to ad hoc client and consultant reporting requests, questionnaires, and data inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm, its investment teams’ philosophies, and individual investment strategies to ensure thoughtful and precise representation in client materials
  • Communicate effectively and partner cross-functionally to validate data, align messaging, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new reporting requirements using existing systems and technology
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to anticipate and support evolving client and consultant reporting needs
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing a high volume of deliverables and competing deadlines
