General Summary: The Client Reporting Analyst II delivers high‑quality reporting, analytics, and insights that help large self‑insured clients understand absence and disability trends. This role partners closely with H&P Directors and internal teams to create reporting packages for client meetings, conduct complex data analysis, and ensure accuracy across all reporting outputs. Ideal for someone who enjoys analytics, process improvement, and collaborative problem‑solving in a client‑focused environment. What You’ll Do Build, maintain, and deliver recurring and custom client reports. Analyze and validate data, identify trends, and create dashboards/visualizations. Support H&P Directors with insights for client meetings and stewardship reporting. Troubleshoot complex reporting issues and lead resolution efforts. Maintain system configurations, documentation, and data quality standards. Partner across teams to refine processes and implement reporting improvements. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to departmental projects.
