Join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst I and help shape the decisions that power our Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Proficient experience with Tableau, specifically as a primary visualization platform
  • Knowledge of analytics programming languages SQL for querying, light coding, and data extraction
  • Understanding of relational data modeling and cross‑system data relationships
  • Experience working with datasets inside visualization tools
  • Ability to work across Alteryx and Teradata environments
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, prepare, and visualize simple to moderately complex datasets
  • Build impactful dashboards and data products in Tableau
  • Use SQL and cross‑system logic to extract and transform data
  • Support strategic sourcing, third‑party risk, supplier diversity, and travel/expense programs
  • Help modernize and automate manual processes across S2P
  • Present clear, actionable insights that help leadership make confident decisions
  • Conduct data profiling and data analysis to evaluate and identify optimal data sources.
  • Acquire, transform, and translate data into dashboards, reports, datasets, and algorithms with minimal oversight.
  • Perform statistical analysis and present findings to leadership to guide decisions.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
  • Develop deep understanding of company databases and insurance industry data.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate deliverables.
  • Support Source‑to‑Pay functions including strategic sourcing, third‑party risk management, supplier diversity, and travel and expense management.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and clear organization of all data sources and outputs.
  • Support modernization and automation of manual and repetitive workflows.
  • Operate with autonomy, managing projects end‑to‑end and providing clear communication on progress and results.
