We are: A cash-based clinic (in-network only with Medicare) 100% one-on-one treatment sessions Focused on long-term outcomes, not high patient volume Known for deep relationships and high retention Our patients come from referrals, workshops, ads, and social media — and they expect professionalism, clarity, and empathy. Over the next 18–24 months, we’re focused on expanding our impact, refining our systems, and preparing for additional clinic locations. You’re a strong fit if you: Have 1+ year of inside sales or phone-based appointment setting (B2C preferred) Are confident using Google Suite, CRMs, EMRs and phone systems (RingCentral or similar) Can hold sensitive conversations with emotional intelligence Stay organized across multiple platforms without dropping details Understand how to guide someone toward investing in premium care Thrive in a hybrid environment (in-person events + remote follow-up) Want structured goals, accountability, and performance-based pay Are coachable and want to grow You adapt quickly when systems improve or processes change You’re comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment If you prefer transactional sales or high-pressure tactics, this won’t be a fit. If you enjoy meaningful conversations and guiding people toward real solutions — keep reading. 💡 What You’ll Be Doing Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting Call, text, and email warm leads from Google/Facebook ads, website inquiries, referrals, workshops, and social media Book 50+ qualified evaluations per month Respond to new inquiries within 5–10 minutes whenever possible Track all communication inside Google Sheets, EMR and CRM. Relationship-Based Sales Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions Identify physical pain points and emotional drivers Address objections around cost, time, and insurance Guide patients toward choosing cash-based care confidently Community Presence Attend local workshops and events Build connections in-person with prospective patients Represent Body Moksha professionally in the community Systems & Collaboration Maintain clean CRM records Prevent leads from falling through the cracks Coordinate with clinicians to align messaging and expectations Contribute ideas to improve patient communication systems 🎯 Performance Expectations 50+ evaluations booked per month Consistent lead follow-up cadence Accurate documentation Contribution to quarterly growth goals 💰 Compensation & Benefits $60K+ first-year earning potential (base + performance bonuses) Monthly commission after baseline goals are met Paid time off Medical benefits IRA matching Hybrid schedule (based in Chatham, NJ) Ongoing mentorship and structured coaching This is not a “sit back and wait” role.
