Eagan Building Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to help develop relationships and generate early-stage project opportunities within the industrial and commercial construction market. This is not a high-pressure, full-cycle sales role. Instead, this position focuses on building trust, developing connections, and scheduling qualified project discovery meetings with prospective clients as the first step in the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, creating long-term professional relationships, and opening doors for future business opportunities. This position is responsible for consistently creating momentum at the front end of the pipeline and will be expected to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs related to outreach, relationship development, and meetings scheduled.
