This role is about caring for a group of existing clients and helping them feel supported, understood, and well taken care of. You won’t be cold-calling strangers. You’ll inherit real relationships and your job is to strengthen them. When this role is done well, clients trust us more, projects run smoother, and opportunities for growth happen naturally. Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account support, customer service, or client coordination
  • Comfortable starting conversations and checking in with clients
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Curious about how businesses operate
  • Coachable and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

  • Sign, print, construction, or B2B experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own a Group of Existing Clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for a defined portfolio of current customers
  • Learn their business, their patterns, and how they use signage
  • Stay in touch and make sure they feel supported — not just quoted
  • Strengthen Relationships
  • Follow up after projects are completed
  • Check in before seasonal or recurring needs
  • Reconnect with clients we haven’t heard from in a while
  • Look for ways we can make their lives easier
  • Handle Requests with Care
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound orders
  • Ask thoughtful questions to make sure we’re delivering the right solution
  • Write clear, accurate quotes
  • Keep projects moving from a communication standpoint
  • Work as Part of a Team
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation
  • Communicate timelines clearly
  • Help keep projects organized and on track
