Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-through skills, with experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or a related client acquisition role
  • Organizational and process management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple prospects through the full conversion lifecycle and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Education and technical skills, including a four-year college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to work occasional evenings; financial services experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate and schedule qualified appointments for Financial Advisors through outbound calling, prospect qualification, marketing initiatives, and consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
  • Support marketing events and seminars, including evening workshops, on-site appointment booking, and proactive outreach to maximize conversion from prospects to clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline management, working independently to meet scheduling, conversion, and departmental goals
