Client Relationship Consultants build trust-based relationships with customers by meeting face-to-face to provide counsel, assess banking needs, and process account information. They educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, recommending financial solutions tailored to each customer's unique goals. Responsibilities also include originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and managing branch opening and closing procedures. This role is for individuals who want to make a difference in their communities. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may lead to rescission of the offer or termination of employment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to four years of customer service experience
  • Three to four years of sales experience
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel
  • Assess and attend to customers' banking needs
  • Obtain and process customer and account information
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs
  • Originate and close consumer loans
  • Open accounts
  • Open and/or close the branch
