About The Position

At U.S. Bank, Client Relationship Consultants are responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions. They assess and address customers' banking needs, process account information, educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions tailored to each customer's unique goals. Key duties also include originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and managing branch opening and/or closing procedures. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which involves a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may lead to rescission of the offer or termination of employment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to four years of customer service experience.
  • Three to four years of sales experience.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Subject to the required NMLS registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Responsibilities
