About The Position

Responsible for administrative support of internal and customers regarding filing status and flow of business filings. Job Duties Answer phones; determine caller need, research questions, answer questions, and resolves customer problems. Utilizes state agencies to determine filing status and report out to customers.

Requirements

  • HS/GED and 3 years customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors degree
  • 1 year prior experience in sales/customer service experience
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English Read and Write)
