Client Relations Specialist, Vylla
About The Position
Come join our team and work from home! The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails from clients and notaries and resolving issues with orders from title clearance, closing, disbursements and policies and procedures. High level of client contact, sensitivity and resolution with a positive attitude. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 an hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of national title/settlement experience.
- Exposure to multiple Title/Closing technology platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Real Estate contract experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer and provide a resolution to a high volume of emails and phone calls.
- Work with available resources to resolve any title and closing related issues.
- Communicate issues to different internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide accurate and timely communication of all updates, details, etc. to all parties involved in a transaction.
- Resolve problems regarding title delays, closing delays, disbursement delays.
- Perform data entry into multiple technology platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
