This role is ideal for an energetic and organized individual who thrives on supporting client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial landscaping with management experience.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards of the commercial and residential landscape industry specific to the region.
  • Working proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with the best practices regarding safety for crew members, the public, and the environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Functional proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Communicate competently with current customers to ensure all customer service needs are being met.
  • Work with management staff to determine best practices and schedules for services being performed.
  • Introduce and develop new landscape opportunities for current customer base.
  • Sustain relationships with current customers to encourage contract renewals and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of the contract services and enhancement work being performed for specified customer base.
  • Help create proposals for contract renewals and production reviews for new properties in accordance with both established company procedures and in a manner that takes into account the unique attributes and service requirements for individual properties.
  • Familiarity with Winter Services contracts and performance specifications for each assigned property’s snow removal and deicing is essential to assure both performance and profitability.
  • Actual work performed relative to the property’s snow removal and deicing specifications must be continually tracked to assure compliance.
  • Carry out all activities in a professional, proactive manner and with the goal of creating long-term client relationships.
  • Perform Route Manager duties as needed throughout the winter session.
  • Participate with others on the JML team to coordinate and carry out activities that are for the benefit of the Branch and the Company as a whole.
  • Perform other such duties as may be assigned by senior management.
