The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing national and major customer accounts while supporting billing and accounts receivable functions for the Raleigh location. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, store operations, sales, and accounting to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and billing systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with national and/or major accounts.
  • Accounts receivable and third-party billing portal experience.
  • Experience in a multi-location or service-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage national and major accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Manage and maintain third-party billing portals, ensuring timely and accurate invoice submission.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support account setup, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain organized account and billing records and provide reporting as needed.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
