About The Position

We’re looking for a Client Relations Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding migration support and helping shape the future of the migration industry. You’ll work directly with clients, manage applications, and contribute to building the systems that scale our impact. We’re seeking someone with legal training and a start-up mindset, someone who takes full ownership of their work, thrives in ambiguity, and is laser-focused on making the migration journey radically better for clients. This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to transition into the start-up world. Requirements

• A law degree, practising certificate, and 1–3 years’ experience working as a lawyer in any jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a start-up or early-stage, fast-paced environment.
• A track record of high performance in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
• A client-obsessed mindset—you consistently put client outcomes first and use this to guide decisions and problem-solving.
• High ownership and agency—you work autonomously, identify problems before they become blockers, and take pride in doing things well.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Journey: Manage client communications, onboarding clients, task coordination, and application tracking across partner and skilled visa pathways.
• Deliver Excellent Outcomes: Work with Registered Migration Agents to prepare and review visa applications, complete government forms, and manage evidence gathering with a high level of attention to detail.
• Streamline and Systematise: Identify workflow bottlenecks and help implement tools and processes that improve speed, quality, and consistency.
• Support Growth Initiatives: Collaborate across the business, whether creating templates, assisting with internal training, or refining email sequences.
• Wear Multiple Hats: You’ll join a small team, so your role may flex into operations or growth where needed.
