If you enjoy helping people understand their options and feel confident in their decisions, this role is built for you. As a Client Protection Advisor, you will guide clients through their insurance benefits, answer questions, and support them through important decisions. You’ll help families understand their coverage, complete required steps, and feel supported throughout the process. This is a remote / work from home position focused on communication, education, and client care.

Responsibilities

  • Host virtual benefits consultations with professionalism and clarity

  • Assist clients with questions, updates, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up systems
  • Build trust through empathy, reliability, and consistent communication
  • Collaborate with advisors and leadership to support client needs
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work full time or part time depending on role requirements
