Job Title Client Program Manager What does a successful Client Program Manager do at Fiserv? As a Client Program Manager, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. And you will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management
  • Shown success in effectively driving delivery
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success to effectively complete tactical activities.
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
  • Operational consulting experience is valuable
  • Background in Optis processing

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to better support Client business objectives
  • Actively lead the development of strategies and programs for a large strategic client
  • Ensure alignment with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, operations, finance, legal, and others to ensure aligned business success
  • Support project team in defining technical or business solutions with large, strategic and new product development
  • Map out and execute strategies that will enable scaled adoption of products
  • Create, execute and revise program plans to deliver high complexity business solutions with quality
  • Lead program post mortem reviews to gain insights for improvements and adjustments going forward
