Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Client Program Manager – PTAN for our team in Boston. Successful candidates will have spent at least 20 years in progressively responsible positions in project management which includes transit infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates will have worked directly for a large metropolitan public transit agency as an employee or direct consultant and will have operational knowledge of alternative project delivery methods and all phases of $1B+ capital project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or related field.
• Professional licensure as a P.E., AIA, or CCM.
• Minimum fifteen (20) years in a lead role for Project and/or Construction Management experience required to include rail/transit construction

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory support across client accounts, including pursuit and bid strategies, proposal reviews, and recommendations on key personnel to strengthen win strategies and project delivery outcomes.
• Develop and tailor technical approaches and client-focused solutions, advising on teaming strategies and consultant selection to best support project objectives, risks, and value drivers.
• Provide project delivery oversight and technical advisory services, including support for project set-up planning and remote oversight to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and client expectations.
• Support client meetings, account planning, and pursuit strategy development for regional clients, with virtual collaboration across other regions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication, including preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and public audiences.
