What You’ll Do As the Client Program Manager for TJX, you’ll be the glue that binds our partnership—driving thought leadership, proactive problem-solving, and strategic alignment across teams. You’ll lead complex logistics programs with a sharp focus on origin management, value-added services, and customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably within Maersk.
  • 2+ years of international supply chain/origin management experience.
  • Proven track record in driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence and lean methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy & Relationship Building Represent TJX’s voice within Maersk, ensuring their feedback drives innovation and service excellence.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships through transparent and consistent communication.
  • Engage with senior leadership at TJX to align on strategic priorities and foster executive-level trust.
  • Program & Performance Management Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
  • Align KPIs with TJX’s expectations and maintain a unified global performance dataset.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and strategic alignment meetings.
  • Strategic Value Delivery Tailor Maersk’s offerings to meet TJX’s unique goals and challenges.
  • Drive value realization through insight-led conversations and solution design.
  • Proactive Problem Solving & Thought Leadership Anticipate challenges and offer strategic solutions before they arise.
  • Generate market and customer insights to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to deliver on TJX’s needs.
  • Align TJX’s objectives with Maersk’s broader business strategies.
  • Orchestrate and synchronize efforts across global destination Program Management teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent service delivery worldwide.
  • Communication Excellence Articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Practice active listening and persuasive communication to foster engagement and trust.
