About The Position

Join a rapidly growing team as an Key Account Manager. This role focuses on enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who utilize inbound transportation services. As part of a team driving innovation in transportation and logistics, you will play a key role in identifying network shipper defects, coaching shippers, and managing performance improvements. Collaborate directly with shippers to develop solutions and take proactive measures to enhance their performance metrics.

Requirements

• Account management and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data navigation and interpretation.
• Problem-solving skills, particularly in logistics and transportation.
• Experience in intermodal and supply chain management.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Understanding of basic data analytical skills.
• Ability to write documents on process improvement proposals.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Industry backgrounds such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, and restaurants are valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis.
• Address transportation disruptions and overcome barriers in real-time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs for assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct Daily Business Review Stand up calls.
