Cox Media Group is seeking a Client Performance Manager responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing digital campaigns for key clients while delivering clear, data-driven insights that demonstrate ROI and business impact. The Client Performance Manager will work closely with CMG sales team members to support digital revenue growth by participating in client needs analysis, contributing strategic insights, and helping present client-facing solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert in cross-channel campaign performance and analytics, translating campaign data into compelling client-facing stories that drive retention, growth, and stronger client relationships. The Client Performance Manager must have a strong understanding of all CMG Local Solutions digital product offerings and how to leverage them to meet client strategic objectives. This individual will be responsible for campaign management and performance deliverables across their assigned client portfolio, while partnering closely with sales teams to align performance to client goals, support strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for account growth.
