Job Summary Client Partners are focused on selling PTR Global services to existing clients. Identify client buyers and execute outreach strategies, including cold messaging, cold calling, and other methods. Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of PTR Global’s services to potential clients. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements. Farm and nurture existing relationships to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client objectives. Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth. Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing industry. Strong understanding of the US market and experience with lead generation and client acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing industry.
