GALE embraces a hybrid, flexible workplace YOUR IMPACT The GALE Development Program is a hands-on program that will set you upon the path of a career in client services. Candidates will be exposed to advanced marketing techniques, account management, project development and management, client communications, and presentation ownership. You will gain hands-on learning within an actual client environment, adapting your skills alongside a team of mentors. This knowledge will set you upon a path to be able to manage client expectations while delivering innovative results for the client’s brand. This program will start on June 2nd, 2026. PROGRAM STRUCTURE: The one year program is split into two phases: the learning phase and the mentorship phase. During the learning phase, you will focus on learning the fundamentals of client communications, client presentations, and project management. The learning phase culminates with a capstone project which will test your skills and knowledge and highlight your areas of strength and improvement. Upon completion of the learning phase, you will be paired with a mentor and work on client work for the remainder of the year to hone your skills as a Client Partner. At the end of the Development Program, there may be an opportunity to pursue a role in your chosen domain, based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team to carry out dynamic client projects.
  • Build on your knowledge and skills across data, marketing, technology, and creative.
  • Share your learnings and insights with a variety of internal audiences.
  • Play an integral part in building a strategic initiative that will have broad, customer applications for a high value client.
  • Work with clients on supporting key marketing programs, fully understanding their customer segments and brand direction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client and their industry.
  • Work with agency leadership and cross functional teams to install new project components.
  • Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines.
  • Monitor, document and analyze trends, and make recommendations on how to move client’s businesses forward.
  • Learn new technologies and advertising platforms to serve our client’s needs.
