About The Position

Our client is a leading global IT consulting, services and project delivery organisation. They provide guaranteed, efficient, and extremely cost-effective software solutions to enterprises worldwide, using an onsite-offshore delivery model. They have a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations in the delivery of these services. The global headquarters based out of Schaumburg, IL. They maintain regional facilities in US, Australia and India. They employ 1000+ people globally and in the US they about 120 people strong. They have aggressive growth plans for the coming years and the position is a result of that. They have planned these positions strategically and hence are looking for talent from the best of companies. The organisation is currently looking for two experienced sales executives to be based out of IL and GA/NC. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing quarterly revenue objectives through business development activities for their assigned accounts. This role is also responsible for strategically targeting and acquiring new business.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in hunting complex IT projects including web development, data warehouse, business intelligence etc
  • Grow business within existing clients as it relates to upselling current and emerging offerings yielding measurable revenue growth over time
  • Demonstrated track-record of at least 15 successful closed deals of enagements with northward of $100K revenue in targeted industries
  • Proven track-record incorporating a formal sales methodology into pursuit and close of Fortune 1000 organisations
  • Exceptional solution sales leadership abilities. This includes setting sales strategy, goal- setting, pipeline management, quality management and performance management
  • Possesses existing relationships with client buyers in areas of software development, data analytics/integration, date warehouse.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets established by leadership based on past portfolio Performance

Responsibilities

  • Hunt new logos through aggressive, intelligent prospecting activities
  • Identify and steward new project opportunities within current accounts by cross- selling the entire Company's portfolio of offerings
  • Own the “voice of the client”, including informal client feedback, contact/call reports (in coordination with engagement management) and client organisation approvals
  • Ensuring good client relationships, with accountability for quality, and overall client retention rates
  • Effectively articulate the Value Proposition and Delivery Methodology in order to successfully win deals against Tier 1 competitors with new clients
  • Work with the Inside Sales Team to develop strategy and execute Top 50 target accounts
  • Works with Delivery team to structure & finalize proposals and SOW’s
  • Maintains an updated pipeline and revenue forecast
