Job DescriptionThe Group Client Delivery Partner (GCDP) is responsible for delivery within their client across all Capgemini entities and across all geographies – they are the single Capgemini delivery face towards the client’s top management. They act as an entrepreneur to drive our business and are able to shape their perimeter based on Capgemini and client requirements in order to deliver with high client satisfaction while maintaining high margins. They are responsible for ensuring long term value creation and mutual profitable growth by developing client intimacy and in-depth knowledge of the client application portfolio​. They secure delivery quality, identifies potential business opportunities and collaborates with Client Executives to support business development alongside managing the client relationship, reviewing business critical contracts/engagements and managing risks via delivery capabilities. The GCDP is a trusted advisor to the client’s executives and uses that role to deploy the full Capgemini portfolio to their clients and is responsible for addressing CXO level escalations on delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 18+ years of experience in IT service delivery or client management roles with Insurance Domain.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT engagements.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise software implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and delivery streams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Understand client business goals and align delivery strategies accordingly.
  • Delivery Oversight• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Business Development• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning.
  • Governance & Reporting• Conduct regular governance meetings with clients.
  • Provide delivery status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.
  • Team Leadership• Coordinate with internal delivery teams, including project managers and technical leads.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure smooth communication across teams.
