About The Position

Act as the primary liaison for infrastructure-focused clients, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships. Drive account growth by identifying opportunities in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and solutions. Develop account strategies aligned with client business objectives and IOPEX’s service portfolio. Provide consultative insights on infrastructure trends, positioning IOPEX as a trusted advisor. Manage escalations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with client expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client management, account growth, and IT infrastructure services
• Proven track record of handling projects for Palo Alto, Cisco , or similar large infrastructure technology clients
• Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with US-based enterprise clients and global delivery models
• Exposure to domains such as telecom, BFSI, healthcare, or technology infrastructure
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
