We are seeking a New York–based Client Partner to shape and accelerate our partnership with a global leader in payments and financial services, unlocking new growth, new value, and new AI‑led possibilities. This role leads executive relationships, growth, solutioning, service-line collaboration, alliance engagement, and global delivery oversight. Requirements

  • Must reside in NYC Metropolitan as this is an onsite role with our client.
  • Track record of leading complex, high-value accounts ($20-25M) with multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • 10–15+ years in Financial Services, ideally with payments or card ecosystem experience.
  • Required experience working in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Experience leading digital, data, and AI transformation programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with service lines and engage alliance leadership.
  • Strong procurement negotiation capability.
  • Ability to guide global delivery teams through influence.
  • Sales mindset and proven growth success.
  • Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive leader for the account, driving growth and expanding into new lines of business.
  • Full P & L ownership.
  • Lead the full lifecycle: originate → shape → solution → close → delivery assurance.
  • Partner with offering leaders to shape innovative, AI-led, multi-disciplinary solutions.
  • Collaborate with offering leaders to engage alliance leadership (hyperscalers, ISVs, fintechs).
  • Oversee global delivery teams (LatAm, India, US) through a dotted-line model.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, outcomes, quality, risk, and communication.
  • Build strong executive relationships with a magnetic, social, and outcome-driven presence.
