About The Position

As a senior member of the Unity Aura team, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and scaling high-impact partnerships within the global telecommunications ecosystem. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Unity’s cutting-edge mobile solutions and major Tier-1 carriers, driving sustainable revenue through large-scale enterprise integrations.

Requirements

  • Telco Industry Veteran: Extensive experience navigating the internal structures of major mobile carriers and a proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals in this space.
  • Master Relationship Builder: An existing network of key decision-makers and influencers within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strategic Communicator: The ability to translate complex technical platform features into clear, value-driven business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
  • Business Maturity: Deep competence in assessing client needs, qualifying high-potential leads, and managing long, complex sales cycles that require patience and persistence.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working alongside marketing, finance, and engineering teams to drive sustainable, cross-functional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pipeline Growth: Build and execute a high-value sales strategy focused on securing new, large-scale partnerships with major mobile carriers.
  • Market Navigation: Deep-dive into the partner ecosystem to stay ahead of industry trends, benchmarks, and the evolving needs of the telecom marketplace.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as the face of Aura in the Telco sector, leveraging industry events and marketing initiatives to establish Unity as an essential partner.
  • Full-Cycle Deal Management: Lead the end-to-end partnership process—from initial high-level networking and lead qualification to navigating complex legal/technical negotiations and closing long-term agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Unity’s engineering, legal, and product teams to ensure our platform’s value proposition aligns perfectly with the carrier’s technical requirements.
