About The Position

The Client Operations Intern will support the Client Services team by contributing to daily operations, reporting, documentation, and client experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • To qualify for this internship, applicants must be full-time students at an accredited college or university and currently classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior.
  • Accepting recent graduates (May 2025 or later).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update client-facing reports (benefit enrollment metrics, SLA tracking).
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on deliverables prior to distribution.
  • Support coordination of client meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, action item tracking).
  • Document SOPs for recurring tasks and consolidate internal knowledge bases.
  • Run and validate standardized reports; support data integrity initiatives.
  • Draft client communications and assist with survey/feedback efforts.
  • Conduct research on client-specific or industry trends.
  • Contribute to special projects including performance comparisons and RFP prep.
  • Complete a capstone project focused on operational efficiency, presented to leadership.
