Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate or Graduate degree program
Have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Available for the full internship duration from June 1 to August 7, 2026
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site at our Chandler HQ
Understanding of fundamental business operations
Quick learning ability for computer programs
Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work independently
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communication, or related field of study.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner.
Ability to tactfully handle confidential documents and information.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Computer Hardware or Software is a plus

Responsibilities

Interns will be involved in various tasks related to providing exceptional customer support.
This includes assisting with Software Renewals processes, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities, participating in team meetings, working on backlog tasks, assisting in event planning, and contributing to other assigned projects.
