It provides sales or consultative support, utilizes digital data for client information, coordinates onboarding packages, and ensures adherence to established processes. The associate collects and checks AML/KYC documentation, communicates status updates, advises on information needs, resolves onboarding challenges, and manages multiple onboarding requests simultaneously while building relationships with internal partners.
