The Wealth Management West Client Manager plays a critical role leading our front-line Relationship Managers (RM), who serve some of our largest, most complex, and loyal clients. RMs are responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience, increasing client loyalty and retention, and driving growth. We are seeking highly motivated sales and/or client service leaders, coaches, and strategic problem solvers to join the Wealth Management team in Arizona. Client Managers directly influence the Wealth Management mission. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in making our mission a reality by coaching your team to achieve Trusted Partner status – delivering excellent service with reliability, credibility, and connection, all supported by Vanguard’s Client First Orientation. You will lead a team of approximately 10 RMs and your primary responsibility will be coaching and developing them to create value for our clients by uncovering unmet needs and aligning suitable solutions.
