As a Branch Client Service Manager II, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive outstanding care and solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll work closely with our production team to lead the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities for growth. By building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you’ll help drive success and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
  • A producer’s license and the ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for using technology to enhance productivity.
  • A talent for explaining complex issues simply and engaging in meaningful discussions.
  • A self-directed approach to managing priorities and delivering results.
