As a Client Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help clients protect what matters most. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Lead the renewal process, ensuring clients get the best possible coverage on time.
  • Help secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our team.
