Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Client Manager partners with the PEO Consultants to provide excellence in managing client implementation, renewal, reporting, technical tools, and overall service.

Previous applicable work experience, required
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), required
Insurance license required, can be obtained within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience, preferred
Familiarity with database applications, a plus

Responsibilities

Work with Consultant to Manage the Client Relationship
Manage Client Reporting & Deliverables
Establish & Manage Client Communications; including calls, call notes, and take-away items
Manage New Client/Renewal Implementation Process & Timelines (includes Tech Tools)
Ensure accuracy of both client facing and internal partner documents
Client Service within scope of skill set
