Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: The Client Manager partners with the PEO Consultants to provide excellence in managing client implementation, renewal, reporting, technical tools, and overall service.

  • Previous applicable work experience, required

  • Insurance license required, can be obtained within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience, preferred
  • Familiarity with database applications, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with Consultant to Manage the Client Relationship
  • Manage Client Reporting & Deliverables
  • Establish & Manage Client Communications; including calls, call notes, and take-away items
  • Manage New Client/Renewal Implementation Process & Timelines (includes Tech Tools)
  • Ensure accuracy of both client facing and internal partner documents
  • Client Service within scope of skill set
