A day in the life. As our Client Manager on the Retirement Services team, you will ensure adherence to professional ethics, industry standards, and regulatory compliance including MMA policies and Missouri state licensing laws. You will coordinate and prepare quarterly client reporting packages, assist with investment and data reporting, and manage vendor documentation to deliver accurate and timely client communications. In this role, you will advise clients on compliance policies, maintain thorough client records and documentation. You will also support client meetings by recording minutes, managing follow-ups, and presenting key data to clients and team members. Staying current on market products and provider updates, you will engage with vendors to share insights that enhance our client service experience. You should be detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional client support. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training. 3-5 years retirement plan experience. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: EPIC agency management system experience. MO Life & Health Producer's license. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training.
