A Client Manager I will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. This role will manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team, as well as create reports, presentations and marketing materials, and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail. Additionally, we seek a great communicator who has the ability to welcome challenges, thrive in a small team environment, and who is eager to learn new skills. We value the impact and connection that comes from regular in-person collaboration. This candidate will work from our New London, CT office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
