A day in the life. As our Client Manager on the Aviation team, you’ll provide day-to-day client service, addressing inquiries related to coverage and billing, and communicating updates to clients, brokers, and carriers. This role involves evaluating customer needs, recommending improvements, and managing policy renewals and endorsements. The manager also develops insurance and risk management programs, prepares client proposals, and handles documentation such as certificates of insurance and invoices. Additionally, the position requires processing audits, online quoting, and maintaining service plan activities within the agency management system. Overall, the role ensures comprehensive support and tailored insurance solutions for aviation clients. Our future colleague. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years insurance experience required.
Working knowledge of aviation insurance coverage
Strong computer competency – Microsoft Office 365 products

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree with 5-8 years’ experience preferred.
Property & Casualty License preferred
CISR and/or CIC designation preferred
