About The Position

Our Mazda of San Diego location that is seeing between 80-100 RO's per day, is looking for a Client Loyalty Advisor with automotive experience. The ideal candidate will be a determined, high-energy individual looking for a position within a growing dealer group. We do not believe in fake addendums to inflate the price to our customers. Hello Mazda of San Diego is looking for a Client Loyalty Advisor. This position is responsible for driving incremental sales and acquiring additional inventory for our dealership through actively prospecting our current sales and service databases, as well as identifying customers in for service that could trade into a new vehicle without increasing their payment. This is not a cold call job; these are previous people who have purchased cars from us as well as current service customers. The Client Loyalty Advisor will oversee the usage of our highly developed equity mining tool for the dealership while driving sales and retention. This position offers an hourly pay of $18.00 to $20.00 and hour plus bonuses for appointments set and sales

Requirements

  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Be customer experience focused.
  • Previous call center, sales or customer service experience
  • Must have good phone skills and have intermediate knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft suite of products, CRM systems)
  • Team player
  • Calm and patient personality who loves to help customers and create relationships.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of data mining and software a plus
  • Prior vehicle sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Initiate correspondence and conversations with past sales customers and current servicing customers to notify them of their current equity situation.
  • Schedule in-dealership appointments for our Client Advisors and track activity using our CRM
  • Estimate values and monthly payment options for customers working alongside our Sales Managers
  • Manage process for outbound emails and phone calls prior to and post customer service visits
  • Set appointments for Client advisors.
