About The Position

At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team, we believe clients are family long after the transaction is complete. That’s why we’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and fully bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist who will help us strengthen lifelong relationships with the families we serve. This is not a typical call center role. This is a relationship-building position where your warmth, communication skills, and Spanish fluency help clients feel remembered, valued, and supported years after they buy or sell their home. Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• This is an in-office position

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Call past clients to explain program benefits
• Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service with every call
