About The Position

We’re looking for a hybrid account / producer lead with experience across the digital landscape, inclusive of creative, digital product, analytics, and advertising. You’ll help lead the charge for some of our key client accounts. While they are digital-focused,Given the strength of our creative, we are also frequently asked to flex upstream towards brand work, as well as downstream into content production, retail support, and even occasionally experience design. If you’re someone who thrives in a creative, analytical, and tech-driven environment, loves getting into the details, likes a challenge and knows how to keep everyone and everything on track, this could be the role for you.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in account or project management, preferably at a digital or creative agency
  • Hands-on experience managing a variety of project types across web and integrated campaign
  • Familiarity with UX best practices, analytics, and web development processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you know when to escalate and when to dig in
  • Comfort working in various project management tools
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you anticipate blockers and solve them before they become problems
  • A healthy respect for creative, strategic, and technical thinking—you know how to speak everyone's language

Nice To Haves

  • True 360 degree campaign experience across digital, print, and video
  • Familiarity with platforms like Figma, Klaviyo, Gsuite
  • Agency experience with multiple stakeholders or multi-brand portfolios

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client partner across key accounts — building trusted, long-term relationships at the strategic and day-to-day level
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, developing proposals and roadmaps that expand scope and deepen partnership
  • Lead regular account reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions that connect client business goals to thelab's capabilities
  • Translate brand strategies, business objectives, and market trends into actionable briefs and engagement plans
  • Manage client expectations with transparency and confidence — setting the right tone whether delivering good news or navigating a challenge
  • Partner with internal leadership on account health, revenue forecasting, and upsell pipeline
  • Own project plans, timelines, resourcing, budgets, and day-to-day communications
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, developers, creatives, production teams, analysts, and strategists
  • Translate client feedback into actionable tasks and timelines
  • Collaborate with designers on creative executions and developers to scope technical features and functionality
  • Help review work before it goes out the door—no pixel or product tile out of place
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and with a sense of calm urgency, even when things change (because they will)
